The price promise

£15 a month. Locked. Forever.

One flat rate. Everything included. And if you sign up now, £15/month for as long as you stay a customer — even if a higher tier launches, even if the price for new customers goes up. This isn’t a first-year discount with a step-up in year two. It’s a lock.

What the lock actually means

Three rules. All in writing.

Rule 1

No price hikes for existing customers

If the price for new customers rises — because of inflation, feature growth, or a change in HMRC compliance costs — your subscription stays at £15/month. As long as you keep the subscription active.

Rule 2

No higher tier upsell

If we ever launch a pro / premium / team tier, you keep every feature on £15/month. There’s no “sorry, that’s only in Business plan” message coming.

Rule 3

No per-invoice, per-client, per-seat fees

Send 10 invoices a month or 300. Track 5 clients or 500. It’s one price. No metered pricing, no surprise usage bills.

Why £15 is enough

Built by a solo developer. No investors to please.

Most accounting software prices are set by finance teams working backward from investor growth targets. Ours is set by what it actually costs to run — infrastructure, HMRC-approved software fees, the OpenAI bill for voice — plus enough margin to keep building.

No sales team. No enterprise deals. No “contact us for pricing”. One price, published, honoured for as long as you’re a customer.

Questions

Reading the lock closely.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from settings in one click — no phone call, no retention team. Your data stays in your account until you export it or delete the account.

What happens if I cancel and then come back?

If you re-subscribe within 6 months, you keep the £15 rate. After 6 months of no subscription, you re-join at whatever the current price for new customers is.

Is VAT included?

£15 is the ex-VAT price. VAT-registered? You claim it back. Not VAT-registered? Add 20% for £18/month all-in.

What if the OpenAI bill for voice goes up?

That’s our problem, not yours. We priced £15 with headroom for the AI cost. If it becomes unsustainable, we’d need to have a conversation with existing customers before changing anything — but the lock is the lock.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Not currently. One price, one billing cycle. If we ever add annual, it won’t come with a price hike for monthly.

Ready to lock it in?

14 days free. £15/month after. Forever.
