Do I need to download an app?
No. Honest Invoices is a Progressive Web App — it works in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on phone, tablet, or laptop. Add it to your phone’s home screen for one-tap access.
What about VAT?
If you’re VAT-registered, set your VAT number in Settings once and every invoice shows the correct VAT calculation. If you’re below the £90k threshold, VAT lines just don’t appear.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo and add your business details — every invoice gets your branding automatically.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Database access is gated by Row Level Security, so even at the database layer you can only see your own data. UK GDPR compliant; servers in the EU.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
That’s exactly why we built this. If you can leave a voicemail or send a text, you can use Honest Invoices. No learning curve.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from Settings. No contract, no exit fee. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can export your data any time.
Will you put the price up?
No. £15/month is locked for as long as you subscribe. Big SaaS companies raise prices yearly — we don’t. You signed up at £15, you stay at £15.
